Halfords Group PLC is seeking a Centre Manager for our Kingswood Autocentre in Bristol. You will lead the team to a high standard of customer service, drive sales performance and ensure efficient operations in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry.
• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management.
• Coaching-based approach to team development and on-the-job training.
• Experience meeting Health and Safety and other compliance standards.
• Experience with high sales turnover and managing KPI performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good IT skills and willingness to learn in-house systems.
• Good time management and a current valid driving licence.

Here at Halfords, we are looking for a Centre Manager, who will play a vital role in leading the team to success and providing an excellent customer journey and satisfaction.

• On-target earnings up to £55,278
• Comprising a base salary of £40,869 - £44,278
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £11,000 per year
• 5 days a week (the centre is closed on a Sunday)

• Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective management.
• Engaging and motivational, coaching-based approach to team development and able to provide in the moment training.
• Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
• Experienced with high sales turnover and managing KPI’s
• Excellent communication skills, verbally and written.
