Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Centre Manager to lead our Autocentre team and drive the customer journey.

You will ensure operational excellence, coach staff, and deliver outstanding service while managing performance against targets. In this role, you’ll be supported by training schemes and progression opportunities across the UK’s leading motoring business.

• On-target earnings up to £50,448
• Comprising a base salary of £41,048
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £9,400 per year.
• 5 days a week (this centre is closed on Sunday's)
