You will manage a small team, drive customer focused service, achieve targets, upsell where appropriate and ensure every guest leaves with a world class experience. IWG offers a total compensation up to £40,000 including bonus and benefits, with development opportunities across the network.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you’ll have some experience of delivering against targets when leading a small, close-knit team.
• You may have run a flexible workspace centre before, or a store, restaurant or any site with a high degree of customer focus.
• A mindset of passion, drive and resilience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on site activities and overall centre performance.
• Lead a small team to meet targets and drive customer satisfaction.
• Upsell to existing customers and act as a brand ambassador for IWG.
