Octane Recruitment is seeking a Centre Manager for an automotive service centre in Bath. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate workloads and lead a team of 12 staff to deliver top-tier service.

The role emphasizes driving sales, profitability and maintaining safety and company standards. Salary is up to £40,000 basic plus bonus, with full-time permanent hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the automotive service centre and coordinate workloads.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of 12 workshop and front-of-house staff.
• Drive sales, revenue and centre profitability.
• Deliver high standards of customer service across the site.
• Monitor centre performance and implement improvements where required.
• Manage stock control, stock security and operational costs.
• Ensure Health & Safety, centre presentation and company standards are maintained.

Centre Manager Role:

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the automotive service centre and coordinate workloads
