Octane Recruitment is seeking a Centre Manager for a fast-fit automotive retail centre in Bushey. You will lead the centre and workshop teams, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. A strong automotive background and people management experience are required.

The role offers a basic salary of £36,000 to £38,000 with uncapped OTE around £10,000, and a Monday–Friday 08:30–17:30 schedule with Saturdays on a rota (08:30–16:00).

Our client who is one of the UK's fastest growing fast-fit automotive business, are currently looking for a Centre Manager based at their retail centre in Bushey.

As a Centre Manager you would be responsible for the day-to-day running of the centre, managing and motivating the centre & workshop teams, driving sales performance and ensuring customers receive a high standard of service.

To be applicable for this role you must have experience managing people and have a strong background within the Automotive industry.

Location: Bushey

Pay / salary: Basic: £36,000 to £38,000

OTE: Uncapped and realistic £10,000

Shift and schedule: 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday and Saturdays 08:30 - 16:00 on a rota with a day off in the week.

Centre Manager Responsibilities:

To be a Centre Manager you will need:

• Valid UK driving licence - Essential
• Previous Centre Manager / Assistant Centre Manager experience within automotive, tyres, fast-fit or a similar environment
• Strong commercial and sales background
• Good automotive and mechanical knowledge
• Team-management experience
• Understanding of relevant Health & Safety requirements
• Strong customer-service and account-management skills
