Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Wigan is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager for our busy fast fit centre. This role offers a clear step forward for an automotive professional into management, with responsibilities across day-to-day operations, customer service, and financial targets.

You will support the Centre Manager, supervise service bays and workshop teams, uphold health and safety standards, and contribute to KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance.
• Proven experience in fast fit or automotive management roles.
• Strong customer service skills and team leadership ability.
• Good understanding of automotive workshop operations.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a busy fast fit centre for the position of Assistant Centre Manager in Wigan. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a skilled automotive professional to take a step forward in management within a busy and well-established automotive centre.

Benefits of the Assistant Centre Manager:

• Competitive basic salary of £35,000 plus performance bonus
• Realistic OTE of approximately £40,000
• 45 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday) and 8:00am to 5:00pm (Saturday)
