Octane Recruitment Ltd in Winsford is assisting an automotive fast-fit business to recruit a Centre Manager. You will run the centre and workshop teams, drive sales performance and ensure customers receive a high standard of service.

You must have people-management experience and a strong automotive background. The role includes daily operations, inventory control, health and safety, and staff coaching to support company growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people within automotive settings.
• Strong commercial and sales background relevant to quick-service/fast-fit centres.
• Valid UK driving licence – essential.

Job description

Our client who is one of the UK’s fastest growing fast-fit automotive business, are currently looking for a Centre Manager based at their retail centre in Winsford.

As a Centre Manager you would be responsible for the day-to-day running of the centre, managing and motivating the centre & workshop teams, driving sales performance and ensuring customers receive a high standard of service.

To be applicable for this role you must have experience managing people and have a strong background within the Automotive industry.

Location: Winsford

OTE: Uncapped and realistic £6,000

Shift and schedule: 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday and Saturdays 08:30 – 16:00 on a rota with a day off in the week.

To be a Center Manager you will need:

• Valid UK driving licence – Essential
• Previous Centre Manager / Assistant Centre Manager experience within automotive, tyres, fast-fit or a similar environment
• Strong commercial and sales background
• Good automotive and mechanical knowledge
• Understanding of relevant Health & Safety requirements
• Strong customer-service and account-management skills
