Octane Recruitment Limited is seeking a Centre Manager for a fast-fit automotive retail centre in Yeovil. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead centre and workshop teams, drive sales and ensure customers receive a high standard of service.

The role requires people management experience within automotive sectors, strong commercial acumen, and a UK driving licence. The position offers a competitive basic salary (£34,000–£36,000) with uncapped OTE and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job description

Our client who is one of the UK's fastest growing fast-fit automotive business, are currently looking for a Centre Manager based at their retail centre in Yeovil.

As a Centre Manager you would be responsible for the day-to-day running of the centre, managing and motivating the centre & workshop teams, driving sales performance and ensuring customers receive a high standard of service.

To be applicable for this role you must have experience managing people and have a strong background within the automotive industry.

Location: Yeovil

Pay / salary: Basic: £34,000 to £36,000 OTE: Uncapped and realistic £10,000

Shift and schedule: 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday and Saturdays 08:30 – 16:00 on a rota with a day off in the week.

Centre Manager Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the centre and workshop teams and drive sales performance

To be a Center Manager you will need

• Valid UK driving licence –
• Previous Centre Manager / Assistant Centre Manager experience within automotive, tyres, fast-fit or a similar environment
• Strong commercial and sales background
• Good automotive and mechanical knowledge
• Team-management experience
• Understanding of relevant Health & Safety requirements
• Strong customer-service and account-management skills
