Job summary

Halfords is seeking an Autocentre/Centre Manager in the Andover area to lead a team and deliver an outstanding customer journey. The role offers an uncapped monthly bonus and a clear progression path within the UK's largest automotive service and retail business.

You will manage operations with a focus on customer experience, sales KPIs, and compliance while enabling career progression and hybrid training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry.
• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management.
• Coaching-based approach to team development with on-the-spot training.
• Experience meeting Health and Safety compliance standards.
• Experience with high sales turnover and KPI management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• IT proficiency and willingness to learn in-house systems.
• Good time management and a valid driving licence.

• On-target earnings up to £52,000
• Comprising a maximum base salary of £41,000
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £11,000 per year
• 5 days a week (the centre is closed on a Sunday)

• Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective management.
• Engaging and motivational, coaching-based approach to team development and able to provide in the moment training.
• Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
• Experienced with high sales turnover and managing KPIs
• Excellent communication skills, verbally and written.
• IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems.
• Good time management
• A current valid driving licence
