McArthurGlen UK Ltd in the West Midlands is seeking a Facilities Assistant for a fixed-term 6-month contract to help keep our centre running safely and smoothly. You will support the Facilities Manager and centre management with day-to-day facilities services and help maintain a welcoming environment for customers, brand partners and colleagues.

Key tasks include coordinating contractors, handling store openings/closings, maintaining compliance records, and supporting health & safety reporting,

Qualifikationen

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Proactive, practical approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in facilities, property or a similar operational environment is desirable, but not essential.

Aufgaben

• Be the day-to-day contact for facilities matters, resolve issues and monitor faults.
• Coordinate contractors and site access, support store openings/closures and fit-outs.
• Maintain accurate facilities and compliance records.
• Support health & safety and environmental reporting, raise purchase orders, track spend.
• Build relationships with colleagues, brand partners and contractors to uphold high standards.
