Job summary

McArthurGlen UK Ltd in the West Midlands is seeking a Facilities Assistant to support the day-to-day delivery of facilities services and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for customers, brand partners and colleagues. The role operates at our designer outlet and reports to the Facilities Manager; it is a fixed-term contract for 6 months with a competitive salary and bonus potential.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in facilities, property or a similar operational environment is desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for day-to-day facilities matters and resolve issues.
• Coordinate contractors and site access; support store openings, closures and fit-outs.
• Maintain accurate facilities and compliance records.
• Support health and safety and environmental reporting; raise purchase orders and track spend.
• Assist with invoice queries and build relationships with colleagues, brand partners and contractors.
