Job summary

Webrecruit is supporting a Centre-based automotive retailer in Newport Pagnell to recruit a flexible, customer-focused candidate. The role involves working in a busy retail environment, delivering high levels of customer care, achieving sales targets and maintaining shop and workshop standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive excellent service to minimise complaints.
• Achieve all sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the centre and equipment.
• Increase sales of products and services offered by the company.
• Recruit and interview all employees for the centre.
• Identify training needs for employees to progress within the company.
• Carry out service and repair on all makes of vehicle.
• MOT Testers must hold a valid MOT Tester licence DVSA.
• Carry out MOT test to DVSA standards and input details.
• Fit company products to customer vehicles and carry out ancillary services.
• Support other centres when needed.
• Adhere to company policies & procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control.
• Comply with reasonable instructions from management.
• Company will supply uniform; it must be clean and presentable.
• Liaise with Head Office and other departments.
