Webrecruit is seeking a Centre Manager in the automotive sector to lead a busy retail centre. You will manage daily operations, drive customer service excellence, and oversee MOT testing responsibilities in line with DVSA standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven management experience in a motor vehicle environment, a flexible approach to tasks, strong communication skills, and the ability to recruit and develop staff.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure customers receive excellent service and that complaints are minimized.
• Achieve all sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the centre and equipment.
• Increase sales of products and services offered by the Company.
• Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre.
• All MOT Testers must hold a valid MOT Tester licence issued by the DVSA.
• Carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and enter details in the DVSA computer system.
• Fit products to customer vehicles and perform ancillary services.
• Identify training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company.
• Support other Centres when requested.
• Adhere to Company policies, health & safety, compliance and stock control.
