Job summary

Love Recruitment is assisting with the search for a Central Operations Manager for Victoria, a hybrid position requiring three days in the office. The role focuses on systems, processes, operational support, projects and people to keep a UK & Ireland network running smoothly.

You’ll manage core operational systems, act as the first escalation point for issues, lead the Member Solutions function, coordinate IT needs, and drive operational projects with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, systems, project management or a similar role.
• Strong operational and project management experience.
• Experience leading and developing people.
• Franchising, multi-site, fitness, retail or network-based business experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing and improving core operational systems and processes.
• Acting as the first point of escalation for operational issues and driving to resolution.
• Leading the Member Solutions function and supporting customer service excellence.
• Coordinating day-to-day IT requirements and external technology providers.
• Delivering operational projects and implementing new systems and initiatives.
• Using data and insight to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Building strong relationships across the business and ensuring solutions meet network needs.
