Job summary

Knightwood Associates Limited in Central London is seeking an experienced Document Controller to manage filing and EDM systems for multiple schemes. You will be site-based five days a week, ensuring documentation is current and well organised across projects.

Preference for Acconex users, but candidates with experience of similar EDMs will be considered. The role offers a competitive salary and a dynamic, collaborative on-site environment.

Qualifications

Highly organised and proactive document control experience.
Experience with EDM systems (Acconex preferred).
Site-based role with ability to manage multiple schemes.

Responsibilities

Oversee documentation for up to 4 schemes.
Maintain up-to-date filing system and document control records.
Collaborate with site teams to ensure accurate and timely information.
