Job summary

Baringa is seeking an experienced Manager to join the Central Government practice in the UK. You will lead complex government engagements, shaping delivery with senior stakeholders across Whitehall, HMRC, DWP and other departments. The role focuses on policy, transformation, and digital, data, and AI-enabled change.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects for government or public sector organisations, ideally within professional services or consulting.
• Ability to shape responses for teams on complex, ambiguous problems and communicate clear insights.
• Experience leading blended client/consulting teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and teams on complex client engagements.
• Shape engagement objectives, deliverables and success measures with clients.
• Translate complex challenges into delivery plans, workstreams and priorities.
• Manage stakeholders, resolve ambiguity and help clients navigate delivery challenges.
• Ensure the quality, coherence and impact of team outputs.
