Qualifications

• Demonstrable management consulting, advisory, professional services and/or Big 4 consulting experience.
• Currently at Manager grade or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with Public Sector clients is required.
• Active SC clearance is required.
• Experience in Change Management, Strategic Program Management, or Op Model Transformation.
• Track record leading complex consulting workstreams with senior stakeholders.
• Experience coaching and developing team members to drive business impact.
• Experience contributing to business growth within existing accounts and generating new opportunities.
• Proposal development experience and ability to sell business solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Focus on business development, account growth, and complex solution delivery across North Highland’s Public Sector Portfolio, especially Home & Foreign Affairs.
• Impact profitability by strengthening client and team relationships that drive results.
• Sell and deliver solutions across Org Strategy & Design, Change Management, Strategic Program Management, and Technology & Data.
• Coach and review engagements to support team growth and performance.
• Participate in training programmes to support development and growth projects.
