Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an Engagement Director to lead flagship public sector engagements in the UK. You will partner with senior civil service stakeholders, shape transformational programmes, and grow consulting revenues across multiple practices. The role blends office, client site, and home working as part of Capgemini’s hybrid approach.

You will lead large cross‑functional teams, oversee governance and risk, and drive impact at scale, with a focus on delivering value for national services.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex, high‑value engagements with strong commercial sense.
• Deep public sector operating model and regulatory knowledge.
• Proven ability to grow revenues through partnerships and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Relationship Management with senior stakeholders across the UK.
• Lead delivery of complex transformation programmes on time and to budget.
• Drive long‑term outcomes across practices, ensuring client and commercial impact.
• Shape Capgemini’s public sector propositions using digital and data capabilities.
• Lead business development, identify opportunities, and bid successfully.
• Oversee governance, risk, and regulatory compliance in public sector delivery.
