Job summary

Baringa is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager for its Organisational Effectiveness & Agility practice in the UK to lead Product & Platform operating model design, governance and transformation efforts with clients across sectors.

You will translate strategy into practical changes, shape governance, funding and delivery models, and help client teams adopt new ways of working. This role offers hybrid working and a path to senior leadership within a trusted consulting partner.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing and implementing Product & Platform models in large organisations.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into practical operating model designs.
• Experience with Agile at Scale, Lean Portfolio Management, and Team Topologies.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Product & Platform operating models with cross-functional teams.
• Translate strategic priorities into governance, funding and capability changes.
• Collaborate with business, digital and technology stakeholders.
