Job summary

Spicerhaart Group Ltd. in Stevenage is recruiting an Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join Just Mortgages. You will build client relationships, advise on mortgages and protection, and manage referrals from estate agency teams.

The role requires CeMAP or equivalent, strong communication, multitasking, and a proactive approach to achieving KPIs. A hands-on training program and clear career progression are provided.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent required.
• Experience in mortgage and protection advising essential.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximise in-branch opportunities and thrive within a challenging yet stimulating environment.
• Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Work in tandem with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team and Divisional Sales Director to ensure as efficient a process as possible for the client.
• Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service.
