Job summary

Just Mortgages is seeking a Experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser in Great Yarmouth. The role requires CeMAP or equivalent and offers a clear career path with training and support.

The package includes a basic salary of £22,000-£28,000 plus on target earnings of £40,000-£60,000+ per year, with an uncapped commission scheme and a guaranteed monthly payment while building a pipeline for up to 6 months.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent required.
• Mortgage and protection advising experience essential.
• Legal entitlement to work in the UK (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximise in-branch opportunities and thrive within a challenging yet stimulating environment.
• Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximise value from each client.
• Generate your own leads and business.
• Work in tandem with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team and Divisional Sales Director to ensure as efficient a process as possible for the client.
• Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service.
