Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to support the CEEMEA Equity Capital Markets team in London. You will assist in origination and execution of ECM transactions and help prepare materials for pitches to clients across multiple industries.

You will work closely with coverage and M&A teams, gain exposure to IPOs, rights issues and other equity offerings, and develop strong analytical and presentation skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take part in origination and execution of ECM transactions led by J.P. Morgan.
• Draft equity market updates for corporate clients leveraging internal databases (Bloomberg, Dealogic).
• Coordinate with equity syndicate/research/sales/trading to gather market intelligence.
• Conduct investor targeting exercises and gather feedback from various internal teams.
• Collaborate with corporate clients and transaction lawyers.
