Job summary

J.P. Morgan in London is seeking an Experienced Analyst/Associate for the EMEA Real Estate Investment Banking team.

You will participate in the full cycle of transactions, including preparing pitches, financial analysis, and client presentations, with leadership responsibilities across analysts and associates. You will work on origination and execution of public and private M&A and capital markets deals for real estate clients across EMEA, collaborating with global teams and industry

Qualifications

Experience in an Investment Bank in either an industry group or M&A team.
Proficient financial modelling / valuation / analytical skills.
Ability to multitask under pressure on multiple projects.
Ability to interact with clients in a professional and mature manner.
High level of attention to detail, proactivity and time management.

Responsibilities

Project coordination, including client communication and inter‑bank coordination.
Develop content for strategic client meetings on M&A or capital markets.
Conduct detailed valuation analyses: DCF, comps, LBO, and transaction structuring.
Prepare presentation books, management presentations and board materials.
Lead daily deal execution and project-management supporting client coverage.
Interact with senior team members and client management to execute transactions.
