Thomas Franks Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our team at one of our prestigious locations. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen delivering fresh seasonal menus to pupils and staff.

The role requires CDP or junior sous chef experience, a passion for cooking from scratch, and the ability to work well in a team while maintaining high food standards. This is a full-time, permanent position with term-time hours (36 weeks).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level.
• Ability to work with fresh seasonal ingredients and changing menus.
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Work in a team of chefs to cater for pupils and teachers.
• Produce food from scratch using fresh ingredients while following brand standards.
• Adhere to food hygiene, health & safety policies, and allergen controls.
• Minimise wastage and control costs wherever possible.
