Job summary

Bodhi, a specialist data and marketing technology consultancy, is appointing a CDP & CRM Activation Consultant to support the design and delivery of customer data, personalisation and marketing activation solutions.

You will advise on CDP strategy, translate requirements into practical data and CRM activations, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver connected customer experiences across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience with CDPs and customer data activation.
• Knowledge of CDP technologies such as Treasure Data, Hightouch, Segment, Tealium or mParticle.
• Experience integrating customer data through CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze or SFMC).
• Understanding of data flows, audience management, integrations and APIs.
• Experience translating technical capabilities into commercial and marketing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on CDP strategy, solution design, implementation and activation.
• Translate business requirements into practical customer data and CRM solutions.
• Support audience segmentation, data integration, identity resolution and activation.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing stakeholders to deliver connected experiences.
• Help clients maximise data value through personalisation, lifecycle marketing and omnichannel engagement.
• Contribute to discovery, solution design and implementation projects.
