Job summary

You will establish and chair coordination meetings with Clients, Principal Contractors and design teams to ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and to promote effective health and safety information exchange across

Responsibilities

• Review and familiarise yourself with CDM procedures, standards and processes for the Principal Designer role.
• Take ownership of Principal Designer procedures across projects and work packages.
• Ensure all designers understand and comply with CDM duties under Regulations.
• Establish regular meetings with Clients, Principal Contractors, Principal Designers, and project stakeholders.
• Chair regular Principal Designer coordination meetings and communicate health and safety information between design teams.
