Job summary

Kier Group is recruiting a Compliance Manager for the IMRDS Alliance team based in Norwich. The role supports safe delivery of mains renewal schemes and related projects within a CDM/compliance framework.

You will work with designers, delivery partners, the client, and stakeholders to maintain high health and safety standards, develop safe, efficient, and innovative solutions, and help deliver a varied portfolio.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in the construction or utility sector.
• Previous experience at a management level.
• CDM qualifications such as SMSTS or IOSH as a minimum.
• A Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Completing health and safety documentation including risk assessments, method statements, construction phase plans and environmental documentation.
• Auditing mains renewal schemes and implementing quality assurance standards across the Anglian Water region.
• Advising Project Design Team members and client organisations on health and safety risk management matters.
• Providing support and assurance across all workstreams and projects, ensuring consistent pre-construction health and safety standards.
• Building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and support programme objectives.
