Kier Group is seeking a Construction / Operations Manager to lead the IMRDS Capital Mains Renewal team in Milton, Cambridge. The role focuses on strategic delivery, safety leadership, and efficient management of complex mains renewal projects across the region.

You will drive performance, coach senior teams, and build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure high-quality, on-time project outcomes while complying with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• IOSH or SMSTS qualification with ILM Level or equivalent
• CDM training with NRSWA accreditation
• Experience in utility, construction or infrastructure sectors
• Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement for commercial outcomes
• Full UK driving licence

Responsabilités

• Lead and inspire teams to maximise safety, quality and productivity across all sites
• Manage contract performance, P&L, and KPIs for sustainable outcomes
• Develop and coach senior operational teams, setting clear objectives and supporting growth
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and customers, resolving queries and ensuring excellent service
• Drive innovation and efficiency through new approaches, processes, and technology
