EY is seeking a Manager to join the CDD Team's in-house technology function in the United Kingdom. You will lead technology, automation and MI initiatives, shaping requirements and delivering measurable operational value.

The role combines hands-on solution building with strategic direction, including Power BI dashboards, Copilot custom agents and Power Automate flows. You will own the weekly, monthly and quarterly MI, drive governance, ensure data quality and engage with stakeholders across CDD

Formación

• Hands-on proficiency in Power BI, Copilot agents and Power Automate flows.
• Strong data analysis with ability to derive insights from complex data.
• Experience leading technology-enabled operational improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with governance, risk and control in tech deployments.
• Knowledge of CDD/AML or financial crime context is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the CDD technology, automation and MI roadmap.
• Lead initiatives from discovery to benefits realisation and reporting.
• Own AI-enabled Copilot agent design, testing, governance and rollout.
• Design and deploy Power BI dashboards and maintain the suite.
• Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly MI with clear commentary.
• Oversee dashboards, automations and data quality improvements.
• Lead Power Automate flows integrating Outlook, Teams and systems.
• Act as product owner for CDD tech including Enate where applicable.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and chair working groups.
• Provide coaching and development for junior team members.
