EY UK is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the CDD Team's technology, automation and MI portfolio from Newcastle, delivering end-to-end solutions including Power BI dashboards and Copilot agents. You will partner with CDD Operations, Risk Management and technology teams to shape requirements, govern delivery and drive measurable value through data-driven insights.

This hands-on leadership role combines strategic direction with practical delivery of new tooling and analytics across the risk

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in technology-enabled MI and automation within risk management or financial crime.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional delivery teams.
• Hands-on with Power BI dashboards and automation tooling.
• Ability to translate operational priorities into measurable outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the CDD technology, automation and MI roadmap with defined outcomes and ownership.
• Lead initiatives from discovery to benefits realisation, managing risks and blockers.
• Own Copilot custom agents design, testing, governance and roll-out.
• Lead new technology roll-outs with stakeholder readiness, testing and post-implementation support.
• Design and build Power BI dashboards and lead ongoing dashboard development for decision-useful insight.
• Own weekly, monthly and quarterly MI and provide clear commentary and recommendations.
