Job summary

EY UK in London is seeking a Senior Manager for AI & Data to lead complex, end-to-end programmes, shape credible solutions and deliver measurable value for clients in a hybrid working model with UK client travel.

You will own delivery plans, governance, budgets and forecasts, shape proposals with credible estimates, and build onshore and offshore teams across Microsoft, Databricks or Snowflake platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong record of leading large-scale AI and data programmes into production.
• Experience shaping solutions with credible estimation, planning and commercial management.
• Confident communication with business and technical stakeholders, plus delivery-led engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, multi-workstream AI and data programmes from mobilisation through production and value realisation.
• Own delivery plans, governance, RAID, quality assurance, budgets, margin, forecasting and change control.
• Shape solutions on Microsoft, Databricks or Snowflake, with credible estimates, plans and resourcing models.
• Lead proposals, orals and demonstrations, articulating value to business and technical audiences.
• Build and coach onshore and offshore teams, while identifying and converting extensions and adjacent opportunities.
