Job summary

EY is seeking a hands-on Manager to design, build and deploy Microsoft AI and agentic solutions for financial services. You will own delivery workstreams from design through adoption, aligning with architecture and governance.

The role requires depth across Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Microsoft Entra ID, Purview controls, and Azure AI components, with strong collaboration with the Microsoft Account team and GB&B specialists.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery experience building AI/agentic solutions in regulated environments.
• Experience designing end-to-end agent-driven architectures.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery across business journeys and design problem statements.
• Design, build and test Cowork, Autopilot and Copilot Studio agents.
• Ensure secure-by-design and responsible AI controls with governance.
• Lead delivery workstreams from MVPs to production.
