Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering or related fields
Relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, project management or development in AI/Intelligent Automation
Proficiency or certification in Microsoft Power Platform; Copilot Studio knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to deliver actionable insights
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; English fluency mandatory

Responsibilities

Microsoft Power Platform solution design
Design, build, deploy and manage Power Platform solutions
Engage with clients at all levels across business and technology functions
Nurture long-term trusted advisor relationships
Train and manage junior staff and QA client deliverables
Respond to client requirements with SME guidance
Be a pragmatic, adaptable problem solver for innovative solutions
Continuously develop technical, functional and professional skills
Communicate clearly in writing and speaking, with strong presentation skills
Research client inquiries and emerging issues including regulations and new technologies
