Job summary

Ernst & Young UK&I Risk Management in Newcastle seeks a manager to lead the CDD Team's technology, automation and MI agenda from Newcastle with two fixed office days weekly. You will own end-to-end delivery of AI, Copilot agents, Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows, collaborating with Risk Management, CDD Operations and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology and MI in a risk/compliance setting.
• Strong data analysis and dashboarding skills.
• Ability to translate priorities into scalable solutions.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the CDD technology, automation and MI roadmap.
• Lead initiatives from discovery through delivery and benefits realization.
• Own AI and Copilot agent design, governance and rollout.
• Lead deployment of new technology and manage stakeholders.
• Design and build Power BI dashboards and dashboard suite.
• Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly MI with insights.
• Define data quality and governance controls for dashboards/automation.
• Design Power Automate flows integrating Outlook, Teams, Excel and systems.
• Act as product owner for CDD tech including Enate.
• Build relationships and chair working groups across teams.
• Oversee junior team members and coaching.
• Governance and controls for dashboards and automation.
• Continuous improvement with evidence-based recommendations.
