Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is expanding our M&S Security Operations Centre and we're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team.

No prior experience is required for this role, as we offer comprehensive on-the-job training, including a fully funded CCTV SIA licence to ensure you have the skills needed to excel in your position. We’re looking for candidates who are excellent communicators with a professional telephone manner, computer literate, reliable, proactive and customer-focused.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV footage to identify and respond to criminal behaviour within M&S stores.
• Offer phone support to M&S store colleagues, assisting with security-related matters.
• Accurately input security and crime incident data into a central database.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our client, ensuring their needs are met.
• Conduct regular check-in calls with security personnel to share valuable intelligence and updates.
