Mitie is expanding its IKEA Security Operations Centre in London and seeks a CCTV Operator on a permanent basis. You will monitor CCTV, identify potential incidents, and report to the IRMC Manager while delivering high-quality customer service to our client.

The role requires previous CCTV monitoring experience, a valid SIA CCTV licence, and a confident communicator with strong computer skills. Shifts run 11:00 to 22:00 on Mon–Sat and 10:00 to 18:00 on Sun, with a range of benefits available.

• Excellent communicator with a great telephone manner and computer knowledge.

Previous experience monitoring CCTV is required , along with a CCTV SIA licence. Main Duties

• Report and present to the IRMC Manager and supervisors
• Using CCTV to identify criminal behaviour happening with IKEA Units
• Supporting IKEA Co-workers on the phone
• Input of security and crime incident data into a central database

• Engagement with the MITIE loss prevention team

• Varied shifts Monday to Sunday, Shifts are between the working hours of 11am till 10pm Monday to Saturday and 10:00am to 6:00pm on a Sunday.
