Job summary

Mitie, the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company, is expanding the IKEA Security Operations Centre and seeks a CCTV Operator with a valid SIA CCTV licence. You will monitor CCTV, report incidents, and provide high-quality customer service to IKEA units and colleagues.

Join a permanent role with 4 on 4 off shifts (10 hours), 35 hours per week, and a comprehensive set of employee benefits. Training and progression are available within Mitie."

Mitie the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company are growing our IKEA Security Operations Centre and are looking for people to join us on a permanent basis. Previous experience monitoring CCTV is required , along with a CCTV SIA licence. So, if you are an excellent communicator with a great telephone manner and computer knowledge then we want to speak with you!

Main Duties

• Report and present to the IRMC Manager and supervisors
• Using CCTV to identify criminal behaviour happening with IKEA Units
• Supporting IKEA Co-workers on the phone
• Input of security and crime incident data into a central database
• Providing a high level of customer service to our client
• Engagement with the MITIE loss prevention team

What We Are Looking For

• £25,000 per annum, average 35 hours per week
• 4 on 4 off - 10 hour shifts with slight variations at weekends.
