Job Description: SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4, London, United Kingdom (On-site)

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the successful Station Systems Technician will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance activities and assisting with reactive maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role is permanent night shifts, Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am, based at Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Station Systems Technician - Key Responsibilities:

• Assist qualified technicians in fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens.
• Attend planned, remedial, and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Ensure SISS assets are maintained and station communication faults are reported and resolved.
• Utilize field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data.
• Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for tasking and fault updates.

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role is suitable for someone hands-on, capable of multitasking, and eager to learn. The Level 4 Technician will benefit from prior experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Background in CCTV, IP networking, or electrical systems.
• Proficiency with O365 and IT awareness.
• Problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Availability to work nights Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am, from Pirin Court Service Centre.
