Job Description:

SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 London, United Kingdom (On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working with technical experts who are proud of their impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team handling complex, critical tasks to build and maintain the nation's infrastructure.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Station Systems Technician will perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role is permanent night shifts from Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am, based at Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting qualified technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Attending maintenance tasks
• Maintaining SISS assets and reporting faults
• Using field IT equipment for maintenance data
• Coordinating with Telent Service Centre for tasks and updates

Ideal candidate:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who can multitask and enjoy learning. Experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail safety procedures is advantageous.

Key requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Familiarity with O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability to work nights at Pirin Court Service Centre
