Job Description:

SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 London, United Kingdom (On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working closely with technical experts who are proud of their impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team handling complex and critical infrastructure work.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Station Systems Technician will perform planned preventative maintenance and assist with reactive maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves working permanent nights from Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am at our Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Station System Technician Responsibilities:

• Assist qualified technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Attend to planned, remedial, and corrective maintenance tasks
• Maintain SISS assets and report station communication faults
• Use field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data
• Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for tasking and fault updates

Who you are:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy multitasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or knowledge of Network Rail health & safety procedures is beneficial.

Key Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Familiarity with O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability to work nights at Pirin Court Service Centre from Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am
