Job Description:

SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 London, United Kingdom (On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working with technical experts committed to impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team maintaining critical infrastructure.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Station Systems Technician will perform planned and reactive maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves working permanent nights from our Pirin Court Depot, near Canning Town.

Station System Technician Responsibilities:

• Assist qualified technicians in fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Attend planned, remedial, and corrective maintenance tasks
• Maintain SISS assets and report station communication faults
• Use field IT equipment for maintenance data
• Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for tasks and fault updates

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy learning and multitasking. Experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures is advantageous.

Key Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Understanding of O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving and fault-finding skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability to work nights at Pirin Court Service Centre
