SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 Basingstoke, United Kingdom (On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working closely with technical experts. Be part of a high-performing team managing complex infrastructure work.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the successful candidate will perform preventative and reactive maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS systems. The role is permanent night shifts from Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am, based at Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Attending maintenance tasks
• Maintaining SISS assets and reporting faults
• Using IT equipment for maintenance data
• Coordinating with the Telent Service Centre

Candidate requirements:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy multitasking and learning. Experience or understanding of Network Rail health & safety is advantageous.

Key requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Proficiency with O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability for night shifts at Pirin Court Service Centre
