Thomas Franks Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Catering Supervisor to lead the FOH and hospitality operations at a flagship location. You will support the Chef Manager, maintain high service standards and ensure food hygiene and safety compliance.

The role demands excellent customer service, strong organisational skills and teamwork, with training provided on digital systems and EPOS. Monday to Friday shifts, 40 hours per week, permanent contract.

A fantastic B&I location, part of a large group, one of the world's leading communications services companies with this location based in Bristol. Catering for about 300 people daily, we offer a core feeding of Breakfast, Lunch and vending options along with lots of hospitality. This location operates Monday to Friday and benefits from good transport links.

We are looking for a Catering Supervisor to join our team at this prestigious location.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the FOH & hospitality operation.
• Supporting the Chef Manager in the day-to-day operations
• Ensuring food standards, hygiene and health & safety procedures are followed.
• Supporting the team with customer service, EPOS system, stock replenishment, food & drink service and clearing down.
• Maintaining high service standards and controlling waste.
• FOH food & beverage ordering
• Managing Hospitality bookings from initial client contact to delivery

Skills And Experience

• Previous hospitality or supervisory experience, barista training would be a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well within a team and good communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and adaptable to digital systems (training provided)
