Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee Grazing operations in London on a full-time basis (40 hours per week). You will manage kitchens and service counters, ensuring top-quality food and exceptional customer service across all shifts.

The role requires a minimum of two years in catering, team leadership experience, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate. You’ll work with a dynamic team, drive KPIs, and uphold Compass Group UK&I’s brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate (level 2 or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain impeccable service.
• Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and culinary/service teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams.
