Gather + Gather is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee CH&CO operations on a full-time basis (35 hours per week), delivering exceptional food and world-class service.

You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly and have the opportunity to progress your catering career with a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards those who go beyond the plate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years catering experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience managing teams in a catering setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain impeccable service.
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent CH&CO and uphold a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
• Train and support teams, leading from the front.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across teams.
