Job summary

Vacherin is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee CH&CO catering and service operations. The role is full time, contracted to 40 hours per week, with a focus on delivering exceptional food experiences and world-class customer service.

You will supervise kitchens and service counters, drive KPIs with your line manager, and lead from the front to ensure teams excel while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a catering environment.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable service.
• Communicate with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent CH&CO and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and our culinary and service teams.
• Train and develop teams, leading from the front.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across teams.
