Job summary

CH&CO is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee all catering and service operations on a full-time basis in London/Greater London. You will ensure smooth kitchen and counter operations and help deliver exceptional food experiences while supporting a dynamic team and upholding CH&CO’s brand standards.

With a passion for great-tasting food and customer service, you will lead from the front, monitor KPIs with your manager, and drive continuous improvement in safety and service

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Holder of a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain impeccable service.
• Regularly communicate with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent CH&CO within Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Coordinate between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Train and develop teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across all teams.
