Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee Chartwells catering and service operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

You will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly, delivering exceptional food experiences and world-class customer service while leading teams and maintaining high standards. Qualifications

• Two years of catering experience required.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Holder of a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated with a desire to upskill.
• Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and culinary/service teams to exceed expectations.
• Train and support teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams.
