Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee Chartwells catering and service operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week and 52 weeks per year.

You will lead kitchens and service counters, ensure exceptional food experiences, and help drive KPIs while benefiting from a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for development within the industry leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable service.
• Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and our teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams.
