Compass Group UK&I is seeking a skilled Catering Supervisor to oversee Chartwells catering operations on a full-time basis. You will manage kitchens and service counters and ensure exceptional food experiences across 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Proven customer service excellence and communication skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to upskill and grow.

Responsabilités

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain service quality.
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and protect brand image.
• Coach and train teams to excel in their roles.
